Wow - what a crazy, busy week it has been! We are trying to get settled in - so many boxes to unpack. I forgot how much time and effort moving takes. Wow! We had a good first week though - thanks to all my family, especially my mom and sister that helped me out with the kids a lot and unpacking. My Mom is superwoman - I don't know how she has the energy to do it all. Thanks Mom!
Madisyn started her new school today - I think I'm more nervous about it all than she is! She will ride the bus tomorrow for the first time. We had carpool at her old school in St. George so this is all new to her - and me. I'm nervous about her getting on the right bus and getting off at the right stop. It's all just so new. And I'm protective - and nervous! LOL! Silly, I know. She has a wonderful teacher, it looks like, and it was fun to see her in her new classroom today. She is so outgoing and I know that she will quickly make friends and do great! I was a little sad to see her go though - I love having her around.
I finally started unpacking some stuff into my new scrapbook room and worked on some things I've been meaning to do for a long time in my room last night. I plan to take pictures today or tomorrow and share some things in my new space...most of it is still in boxes - lot to do! :)
I did want to share with you my new 'A Year of You' class at Twopeasinabucket.com that went up on Feb. 20. I really enjoyed working on this layout and the 4x6 photo flip album on the right hand side. It was a fun way to add lots of photos and journaling to my page.

I hope that you'll join me and have fun creating a layout about your month of February! :) I'm loving this process thus far - so fun!
Well, I'm off to get Madi from school (short-day today) and to take Jaxon to the Dr. He has been really sick with the yuckiest cold! I feel so bad for him!
Have a good day! I'll be back with some new scrapbook picts hopefully tomorrow! :)
cute page!! quick question....how/where do you print the small pictures at the top of your page? is that with a photo program you have? do you send them off to be printed?? i want so badly to know how you/others do that???

Good luck with settling in.
Thanks so much for the great inspiration in using the booklet for adding more photos to your layout. I am going to try a similar approach for our trip to DC where I have so many photos! How do you put these into a scrapbook? Do you cut out the area in the page sleeve where the booklet goes?
