I always love the first of the month! Fresh things up at my favorite sites to enjoy, a new month to begin...it always makes me happy!
I wanted to share a few things that are up today...
1. The CK, Lisa Bearnson, Kit of the Month for June is now for sale! I was honored to be asked to work with this kit for the gallery this month. I couldn't believe when I got that box...how much stuff is in this kit! The 12x12 pre-kitted bags just kept going and going! There are so many fun little embellishments too! Love the embossed papers and goodies! And the chipboard display thing is so cool!
Be sure to check out the Idea Gallery & Images section for all the great artist that contributed this month. Once I get my pages back, I'll post some more of the details of the pages here.
2. Did you know that Autumn Leaves has a Spring release? I just saw it go up on their website and I love it....the Rhonna French Twist additions are amazing! And the rubon tins - way cool! Check it out here.
3. Loved seeing the June kit go up at Jenni Bowlin Studio. I picked up her Bird Project kit and some rubons this month. I have been getting her kits forever and actually pulled them out yesterday and I'm gonna do some 81/2 x 11 pages this weekend with them. A first for me - but I'm excited to play with a smaller, different size than 12x12. I just want to have fun so I'll post those next week for sure!
4. Love seeing what the Garden Girls put together at the first of each month at Two Peas. And love seeing the new Digital Kits - I swear it makes me want to get into that more! :) Such fun stuff!
5. Love seeing the Poppy Ink kits each month.
Hmmmm....what else? I'm sure I'm missing something! :)
I've been a bit overwhelmed lately, as I've been cleaning up my studio, at all the amazing products that I have everywhere. Things have just been calling my name and I haven't had time to play with them. The Autumn Leaves clear stamps from CHA - loved those stamps and I've got to play with them this weekend! So fun!
Brads...fabric...papers...Martha Stewart goodies...Hero Art bliss...so much more! I just want to scrap, scrap, scrap! Anyone else in the MOOOOD??? I am, big time! Hope I can get some good time to play this weekend!
Hope you all have a good day! I'm going to Olive Garden with my hubby for lunch - yumma! No kids! Yahooo! I love, love, love Italian food and we finally got a Olive Garden...it's not my fav, but it will do! :)
And, I think we are gonna take the kids to see Shrek 3 tonight - anyone seen it? Any good?
Oh - started cleaning and organizing the kids play room yesterday but hit a small problem. So, hopefully I'll get that done next week - gotta figure out some stuff in there.
:)
